By accessing or using Starwoven, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. Please read these terms carefully before using Starwoven.
Service description
Starwoven provides personalized astrological readings based on Western Astrology, Chinese Zodiac, and Korean Saju (사주) traditions. Our service includes:
- Free preview readings based on limited birth information
- Full personalized yearly destiny reports for a one-time fee
- AI-generated narrative insights and interpretations
- Digital delivery of readings via email and web platform
All readings are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
Account terms
To access certain features of Starwoven, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Payments and refunds
Pricing
Full destiny reports are available for $9.99 (USD). Prices may change, but you will be notified before any purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refund policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our service, all sales are final. However, we may offer refunds at our sole discretion in cases of technical errors or service failures. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to nakanam.haru@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
All content on Starwoven, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Starwoven or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your personalized reading is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Download and save your reading for personal reference
- Print your reading for personal use
- Share excerpts on social media with attribution
You may not:
- Reproduce or republish readings commercially
- Modify or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or extract our algorithms or methodologies
- Resell or redistribute readings to third parties
User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use Starwoven for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Starwoven staff
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Entertainment disclaimer
Starwoven is provided for entertainment purposes only.
Our readings are not intended to be, and should not be considered:
- Professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
- Predictions or guarantees of future events
- Absolute truths or scientific facts
- Substitutes for professional consultation

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starwoven and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
- Reliance on any information provided through the service
- Technical failures, interruptions, or delays
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

While we strive to provide continuous service, Starwoven does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any service interruptions or downtime.

Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of Starwoven after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to Starwoven immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse our service or staff
- Create risk or legal exposure for Starwoven
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Previously purchased readings will remain accessible for 30 days.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention to the extent permitted by law.
